Selective Schooling - Minorities?

Should Selective Schooling affect Ethnic Minorities? Typically, Ethnic Minorities are disadvantaged groups which have a harder time getting into schools they would like, often due to language, religious, or cultural barriers.

East Asian/ Chinese students aew often the highest performing in any western country. Specifically in the UK, White Working Class British children do the worse (as there are no policies to help them), I would like this Selective Schooling policy to be beneficial to the indigenous population.
