I was looking at the internals of one of my ships - this ship is no longer in my GSB directory and I don’t want to put it back. I wanted to build a copy. Except for one thing, what is the difference between these two modules?

4 = cruiser_ecm shock,
14 = cruiser_ecm beam,

I am assuming #4 is an EMP, what is the other one?

Your right number 4 is the EMP Cannon which knocks out the ship
The cruiser_ecm beam is the Guidance Scrambler Beam which knocks out the missile
