I would like to see current set of orders for every ship during battle. I change them often depending on my actual composition of ships and it would give me more information about what orders are useful and what are not under different conditions
And pilot target line would be nice too.

I think that already exists, Pause the game and hover the cursor over a weapon, a faint yellow line appears showing which ship that particular weapon is targeting
Or are you talking about where the ship is headed ?
