Hey, so I’m a newbie to the game and pretty ignorant when it comes to modding. I’ve searched all through the dem2 forums for a solution and checked the website but I can’t seem to find what I’m after.
I have the democracy 2 folders in My Documents but there are no files inside them. Just empty folders. I’ve tried showing hidden files - no dice. Searching for a .csv file specifically also fails. (I bought this game through Steam. Does that affect my ability to change things?)
I want to tweak my political capital amount so I can play around and experiment without staying within strict limits or ‘saving up’. If I can ever find the .csv files, what do I need to find to change?
