Something regarding missiles

I have been thinking about this for a while now; is there a way of making missiles behave so that when they miss something, they re-target? For example, missing some fighters but keep going to hit the cruisers behind them? I’m guessing probably not.

Yup, the missile only gets 1 shot at the ship, if it misses its target it will circle endlessly till it runs out of fuel

If I increase fuel and turnspeed will it circle back to the target?

Yes it would however it would not hit the target, it would fly past it each time.

Awww. I was thinking of making a module called “Neva-M1ss Missile” which would circle back and always hit. Back to the drawing board.
