I think a mod for South Africa would be quite interesting; a wealthy G20 nation, but one with high unemployment, still some racial tension (although perhaps declining), black economic empowerment (which requires a certain percentage of the workforce within every business over 3 people in size to be black) as well as an economy that is driven by tourism, sport, mining, finance, agriculture and wine making.
What do you think? I have attempted creating such a mod but have given up as it is too hard!!
