State pension costs

I found a couple oddities while looking at this one.

First is that while I can see that lifespan should be affecting the cost, it seems as though it is not. There is no red or green on the bar, and when I right click it, I can see the sloping red line, and the black square indicating current position. The black square is all the way to the right, but at the zero line instead of being on the red line above it.

Second is that health increases this cost at the high end. This seems redundant to me, as healthier people will live longer, and therefore collect their pensions for longer. However, having health directing impact state pension costs seems like needless double dipping to me.

Yeah and it goes hand in hand with the logic that people will remain in good enough shape to continue working in their 60s too.
