Strange error when trying to add a new policy in the original policies file

I tried to add a new policy into the original policies file and I also edit the translation file. After doing that, everything is fine, the policy shows and works perfectly well, but whenever I start a new round, the following error will pop up:
[]:D:\programming\democracy4\builds\Democracy4\src_all_operating_systems\sim\SIM_NeuralEffect.cpp 201”
That’s pretty annoying, can anyone tell me how to disable the error popping up since everything actually works exactly fine? Or can anyone tells me how to fix that error?
