[Suggestion] Display name of grayed out modules

It would be nice to have tooltips for the grayed out modules in the Ship Designer that shows the name of the module, just like it does for the unlocked modules.

I wouldn’t mind being able to click on grayed out modules to see their stats too so I could make comparisons with the modules that are already available (without constantly switching between the Ship Designer and the Research screen), but I understand if you think that takes away the “unknown” feel.

I can definitely support the name tooltip for locked modules in the designer. At the moment I’m reduced to saying “Well, looks like there are three locked missile modules for cruisers,” and then have to go to Research and hunt them up. At least seeing the names in the designer gives me an idea of what’s still locked and whether it would go well on the ship I’m working on.
