When issuing a Formation order, the order box pops up, and then I must select Set Target.
Since formation (and escort) missions always need a target, could this step be skipped at least the first time, so that it would just go straight to letting me select the target of the order? Same for escort and the other needs-target orders?
The behaviour when editing the order should stay the same, this tweak would only be when first creating it.
