In addition to the Minister Proposals someone else suggested, I was thinking that a nice addition to an already very nice interface would be a “Back” button.
As in, if you open up some report screen, click on the bar that links it to another report, then click on a bar that links to a policy, it would be nice to just hit the Back button to go back to the report which took you there, so you can, for example, examine other policies that might affect the report in question that you are trying to influence. It would make comparing the effects of various policy decisions on a specific report much smoother, rather than having to X out to the main bubble cloud each time and go back to the original report.
