Support for Å character?

I tried to make a Swedish translation of Democracy, but while the Ä and Ö letters show up in the game, there seem to be no support for Å.

This creates confusion, as Å is used in many common words, which would get a completely different meaning with “A” instead.

For instance, Violent Crime translates in Swedish to våld, while vald means “elected” or “selected”.

“Aa” can be used as a placeholder for Å, but it still doesn’t look good.

There is no support also for accents for Portuguese names for my Portugal Mod
