My monitor’s native resolution is 3440x1440. It appears the list in the options only goes up to 2560x1440. Is 3440x1440 resolution supported?

No apology necessary. No, the game does not officially support that resolution. You can force it to run in that res by using the config.ini file here:
Big Pharma\Big Pharma_data\GameData\Settings
and including the following keys:
[DISPLAYSETTINGS]
RESOLUTIONHEIGHT=1440
RESOLUTIONWIDTH=3440
FULLSCREEN=1
I think it should work fine.
To be honest, I didn’t actually know about that resolution. I think I’ll add it to the list in the next update assuming it runs fine at my end.
