The Order Components?

I’ve been trying to find the text files for The Order’s modules. Been wanting to remove the race specification for nuclear missiles so i can use them with any race i choose. Problem is i don’t see any modules specifically for the Order. I tried searching for “missile” “nuclear” and a few other terms. Just can’t find it. Read through every damn module in the game.

Anyone know where this module is?
