When I try to open up the Democracy 3 Setup thing, I get a message saying
“Unable to execute the file in the temporary file dictionary
Error 5: Setup is denied”
Anyone know how to fix this?

Try running the file with administrator privileges. If this is happening on Windows Vista or 7 right click the installer and then select “Run as Administrator”. If you’re using Windows XP just log in as administrator and run the installer. If you’re trying to install it on GNU/linux or OSX sorry but I have no idea what the problem might be.
I 'am using Windows 8.1 and I tried running the file as administrator but I still get the error message.
