- It seems like the Empty Homes Tax should probably help fight a Real Estate Bubble, since a policy like that would discourage buying extra houses, decreasing real estate demand. It evens mentions in the description that “buyers from other regions push up property prices”.
- Healthcare & School Vouchers should probably please Capitalists. Health & School Tax Credits, which are somewhat similar, currently do, and all of them encourage more spending in the private sector.
