Unable to post challenges to me

I asked for people to send me some challenges and the word on the street is it’s telling them they cannot post challenges to that name. My in-game name is “Falkenberg”. I installed the game on my desktop and my laptop, and registered the key for both with the same username with no trouble, but I wonder if that’s what caused the issue? Anyway, what do I need to do to fix it?

Make sure to check your online tab to see if that’s how your user name is spelled - I think capitalization matters.

I tried, and was able to submit a challenge to you. Yes, capitalisation matters.

I sent you a challenge. I guess either they temporarily weren’t working or I was doing something stupid.
