Why doesn’t generational wealth pass onto descendants?

Why do free bus passes increase the wealth gap by such a large amount?

The gigantic fishes (mostly catfish) are apparently polluted and sold illegally, even if it poses a threat if consumed and it makes those people more wealthy. Sadly, the police can’t intervene properly because of apparent missing laws.

Mock-up situation:

  • Environmentalists are angry.
  • Racism (xenophobia) might increase.
  • Increases organized crime.
  • This situation appears to take money from the state (Not sure)

This can be stopped by police force, considering night patrols might be even more possible this way, maybe this can even be an event with a selection to prevent the overbearing problem with fishing over that river.

America should have high values for disability benefit and social care due to medicare, medicaid (this could be represented by an increase in tax breaks, but I’m not 100% sure as it also includes grants and after 2 years medicaid shows to improve depression, reduce financial strain through reduction in emergency costs, etc., so maybe tax credits + social care + disability if we factor in all these three?) and veteran’s benefits.
