lol, I loaded up the USA scenario for kicks, and was immediately awarded the “Economic Miracle” and “Technological Superiority” awards, just for loading it. Then I rolled up my sleeves, and reached for the first place I happen to think needs cutting… only to find that, bizarrely enough, the game’s “United States” has “Ceremonial Only” levels of military funding?
