Hi, I’m a college professor, and I’m thinking of using D3 as an assignment in class. Are there any educators who have tried this? I’d be interested in hearing how it went, and figuring out how to create an assignment using it.

You can definitely let your students use this. You should probably only use it as an aid though.
Indeed. I don’t think the base game is advanced enough for a college-level course. It would be more appropriate as an introduction to politics in high school. But it depends of your goal.
I think it’s certainly a great way to introduce how the domestic political economy works. Not everything is so realistic, especially how you can maintain a high level of approval even at the highest difficulties, but one of the interesting aspect of it is that you sometimes have to do policies that you feel morally opposed to for a political reason.
