Validation code.

Okay, I have purchased this game and I have a validation code. The code doesn’t work-it says that the code is invalid. Suggestions?

Hi. several things could cause it, in order of likelihood:

  1. You have a proxy set up in internet explorer, and its blocking the connection
  2. You have Norton Internet security running, and its being paranoid
  3. Some other firewall on your PC is blocking the connection
  4. You have parental controls turned on and set to block unrated sites
  5. Your internet connection isn’t working,

You can probably tell what’s going wrong by looking at the text in the games ‘debugdata/debug.txt’ file. If you can’t work out which of these is happening, email me that file to cliff AT positech dot co dot uk.
