Water shortage event

Hi!
I’d like to suggest some policies to prevent/counter the “Water Shortage event”, actually right nowthere’s no proper answer to it and its effects can be really annoying.

• Water desalination
• Water wastege tax
• Water reuse system.

Maybe you could consider change this event a little bit!

There is a policy in the Clones and Drones DLC called the Climate Change Adaption Fund under public services. It definitely works over time.
