you can never have too much dakka.

I know some of you are more of the beam laser light show and macross missile spam vareity andof course slower but bigger guns are nice too, still I need more :

If you want more accuaracy increase the value of tracking_speed. For now it has some trouble when it comes to hitting frigates that are on the move.
I think I’ll put this in my mod, thanks for the idea :wink:

interesting, must try it out. unfortunately i screwed something up very badly when i copied everything to my ‘My Games’ folder, so i think i will copy all my ship designs, and then buy that awesome 25 gold edition. then DL the mods

i wholeheartedly agree, GSB needs “M0AR DAKKA!” and it needs it badly
i always take it up against games if they have a serious lack of heavy rapid-fire unguided LOUD weaponry,and however i like GSB,i will never ever consider it “the ultimate game” unless i get what i want

Pah. You would use the torch to burn the whole body, when the knife may yet cure the cancer with precision.

In less Eldar-ish terms, what we really need is more specialist units. We have plenty of bog-standard weapons; I’d love to see more things like the disruptor bomb, the shield support beam, and the EMP cannon–ways to reduce the enemy’s effectiveness besides just killing them.

About more Dakka, i already though that, and i make 2 weapons based on Tribe Howitzers, a “Lancer”, a laser weapon with a really fast fire rate, and something like a rotative machinegun, so fast, that the sound is very close to some kind of superpowerful chainsaw, very epic :wink:
I really love both of them, and they are very different :smiley:
