I think there are only three good situations. If you have Adobe Photoshop, then you could actually figure it out for yourself. The images used are .dds files which are aparenlty able to be opened with Photoshop (I can’t say for sure, I don’t own Photoshop). But go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Positech Games\Democracy 2\data\bitmaps\situations and there will be the files. Just open them in photoshop and see which ones are green and you will have solved your question.
