We need a sliding scale factor for the distribution of employee ownership throughout the nation. This adds a very important element on how policies (such as income taxes) are viewed. My whole reason for buying this game was to try and game theory the Neo Solcialist idea of employee ownership over redistributive taxes. I’d like to have government policies that encourage employee ownership (less taxes on those who sell their companies to the employees / less corporate taxes on employee owned companeis, etc).
