By this wikipedia article it seems big (1000+ employees) companies in France are required to have at least 1/3 worker representation on the board of directors. If this is correct I think it warrants Workers On Boards being implemented in France in game at start at a low level. If any french people know more about this or if it has changed recently please leave a comment.
