Attacker Deploy Crash

I played an online map as the attacker. Saved the attack. Now when I want to defend against it, as soon as the comp. deploys the very first unit, the game crash. (I tried it 10 times in a row)

This also happens (but rarely) when I play as the attacker(on one of the camp. maps) and deploy a unit (this time not always the first unit, its random).
