I happen to have a lot of rebel ship designs, in part a result of optimizing for the survival missions, and as a result, the ship-selection dialogue for shipyards seems unable to display them all - any ship with a name starting with N-Z is not displayed.
Also, as a minor feature, it would be a nice time-saver if clicking on the scroll-bar allowed you to quickly scroll up/down.
