You need to make some entries in [color=red]strings.ini
basic_biskills
adv_biskills
exp_biskills

and a token [color=orange]# between the [prereqs] and [effects]

If you do everything I have listed there, that will probably fix your mess for this question too. BTW, modding forum is good for this sort of question, general is bad. :wink:
