I lost control of congress in the U.S game but none of my policies were stopped or slowed down.
Is that supposed to happen as i thought they were able to stop certain policies.
If you lsoe control, what happens is that you can only do half as many policies each turn as before. Thats not true if you turn off the ‘restricted powers’ option though. It also slows down the implementation of new policies, so when a policy says it takes 6 months to implement, it will take a year if you have lost control of both houses, or 9 months if u lost one house.
