downloaded demo, but doesn't work

Hello, i recently downloaded the demo of your game Kudos, but whenever i try to start it i get an error about setting display mode. what does that mean??

i really wanted to try your game! Please help.

Hi it means one of two things:

  1. your video card is too old (pretty unlikely, unless its REALLY old) or
  2. You need newer drivers for your video card, which you can get free from the manufacturers website. Thats probably ATI, nVDia or Intel. 90% of the time, this will fix it.

in very rare cases, if your running windows 98 (shudder!) and have an old video card, it just may not work, windows98 card drivers are pretty flaky, and they might not be compatible with the game :frowning:.
