The “Mansion Tax” raises “Equality” significantly, but imposes no opinion penalty to “Capitalist.”
The “Punitive Wealth Tax”, on the other hand, does not raise equality, and hurts “Capitalist” opinion.
Aside from one more specifically taxing the retired and inherited capital, what’s the underlying difference supposed to be, to justify these effects? I would expect both of these to be anti-“Capitalist” and raise “Equality”.
