Just installed version 1.10 tonight, and I mistakenly pressed F3 instead of 3 to change the speed of time. Noticed that floating import and export windows appeared. I pressed F3 a couple more times to confirm, and it seems to cause more duplicates to appear the more I pressed F3. It appears to be only a graphical bug, but have not done much more to see if it affects the gameplay at all. I attached a screenshot of what it looked like on my savegame. Closing out to the main menu and reloading my save game does seem to get rid of the extra windows.
