Game won't run

So, I Bought the game today and when i tried to run it, Steam said it was beginning to run, Gave me the blue button with ‘Stop’ on it which signified it was beginning to run, then it quickly went back to the green button and the game didn’t open, Nothing happened, I checked the integrity of my files via steam, No problem came up, I tried to reinstall it, Nope, Nothing, Please help me, i want to play this game.

Hopefully somebody will be along to help you, perhaps you could upload your diagnostics files here, that would be real helpful for a start.
