How do you reset the global import preference to something else?

I set my global import preference to ‘prefer local’. How do I globally set it to something else, now? Haven’t seen the option again, since the first time.

Go to any slot, and the imports tab and there should be a button at the bottom that lets you open the global preference dialog.
