[1.51] Cannot put Hybrid powertrain into Car with Start/Stop

Hi,
This is my first post.
I’ve noticed on the new version (1.51 alpha) thatyou cannot build a car with Start/Stop technology and Hybrid Powertrain at the same time.

A car has either start/stop engine or hybrid power train. It is assume that a hybrid power train has strat/stop included.
