[Bug 1.81] Can place slots into factory area not bought

Steps:

1. Create new game on any factory with expandable areas
2. Go into blueprint mode
3. Place blueprint into darkened factory area (i.e. Fit Body)
4. Click buy blueprints.

• Does not work with resource conveyor, conveyor, stockpiles and any facilities.
