[BUG] Deleting an order for just deleted ship

How to reproduce:

  1. Deploy a ship
  2. Click an order -> a dialogue should appear.
  3. Delete (undeploy) the ship. I pressed del button.
  4. Press delete order from dialogue

Resulting in application crash.
