Just some feedback to the developers to report bugs with the Carbon and Alcohol taxes. Both have $0 cost and $0 income regardless of policy intensity. Other effects seem to be working correctly.
Very likely not a bug. Did you check what your CO2 levels and alcohol comsumption are?
If those both are zero, so will income.
Once car electrification is complete, you’ll also not earn anything from, say, petrol tax.
