No gas powered cars and petrol tax still has a huge influence

Hello!

I noticed that even after everyone switching to electric cars, petrol tax still has some weird influence on things such as the motorists’ income.

I understand that this may sound plausible since electric cars may be more expensive, but the current behavior is still not realistic. Imagine your petrol tax is at 40% and that there is no one driving gas cars. Intuitively, increasing the tax should not impact the motorist’s income, but it does.

I believe the developers may want to change this behavior.

This ties in with a bunch of other things which could be better about cars in game. Basically transportation needs a rebuild.
