Hi Everyone! I stripped the game as much as I could without breaking it (some dilemmas seem to be hardcoded). I want to get incredibly detailed in comparison to this game, and most effects are reduced by up to a scale of .1, and altered to be effected by many many more sims, and soon the policies and situations.
