Something I’d love to see in the game is co-operative business policies. These could range from allowed to mandated and would please socialists and trade unions and displease capitalists. This could increase things like equality and middle income and decrease working week. Possible side effects would be corporate exodus as companies not wanting to become co-ops take their capital elsewhere.
Anyone have any further thoughts on this? I might try to mod at one point but I have zero experience modding.
