Just made my own roofs for the first time and realized that the make roof station spawns all kinds of items (lights, wheels, wing mirrors, etc…). It works fine, once they reach the station they are correctly shown as metal sheets, so it’s only a visual thing

On a related note, would it be possible to alter the design of the manufacturing stations so that the incoming and outgoing stockpiles are not adjacent to each other? This way it’s not possible to separate the conveyors to and from the station, which would be a good way to ensure that nothing is imported. Or is it designed like this intentionally?.
