Hi,
After playing a lot on D3 last year I decided to buy and play the DLCs … but the game isn’t launching at all.
Every time I press “Play” I have the “Democracy 3.exe stopped working” window … I don’t have any mods and I tried to start the game with or withouts the DLCs. I even tried a complete uninstall/reinstall but the problem is still there.
I’m on Windows 8.1 (X64) and here is the debug.txt :

Any idea of the problem ? Because i see a lot of people on the internet complaining about the issue …
