When selecting the speeches now (I have electioneering) on Democracy 3: Africa, it drops the framerate to 1. I have a solid gaming computer that handles anything at a high framerate, so its definitely a bug with the game. Everything else is fine, and the problem is when trying to select the soundbytes for the speech.
