Why there is no way to change manually the interest rate inside the country that we are trying to manage?
I am not talking about making/changing the policies for helicopter money or quantitative easing.

Do you mean as according to a mod?
Interest in Democracy 4 is related to the state debt i.e. how much interest you pay on it and is determined by the credit rating, which is determined by the GDP to debt ratio as far as I know.
It’d be cool to be able to tweak the interest rates among banks but I have no idea how that would work / the effects etc… might be a cool mod
