A simple mod with one policy: the Palace.

A great leader deserves a great palace! A palace receives foreign guests in a stately manner, boosts national pride, and protects the country’s leader from assassination. Liberals oppose luxury buildings for the leaders, since they waste tax money, and create a gap between the leaders and the public.

Changes for version 1.20: Halved cost. No longer affects Patriot frequency. Regressive benefits (diminishing returns).

Changes to version 1.1: Better security, one more slider level.

This makes me think a Democracy 3 Tropico mod could be kind of awesome.

Updated to version 1.20!

Interesting. Would it be possible to preset France, the USA and Great Britain to have this policy already implemented (White House, Buckingham Palace and Elysee Palace)? I’m unsure of how the overrides on countries work…
