1-Hour “Capital Investment” is all the time 0 so iam wondering what does it mean? Money spend for building?

PS.: Now i figured out it counts only costs of slot-upgrades. Is this by intention?

Currently capital investment tracks:
conveyor placement
overhead belt placement
Slot Upgrades.

I’ll make sure it tracks facilities and actual slots…as it may not do.
