Unit scroll bar bug

[Watsong]

1. Click the scrollbar to the left (Not on the arrow, just to the right of the arrow).
2. Click repeatedly until the scrollbar is fully to the left.
3. Click again.
4. Observe that the scrollbar will reset to the center.

This doesn’t occur when scrolling the scrollbar to the right.
