There seems to be a mistake on the arrows for welfare fraud. The arrow for its relationship to the poor is green but the effect is negative.
Hmmm, I’ve just reproduced this, it’s an anomaly for some newly introduced policy effects I think. It’s because it starts off with zero effect, and it looks like the coloring takes 0 or more to be green, whereas of course it’s going to very quickly go red. I shall try and find a way to fix that…
